Basic technical course
At Rose Bloc, we take personal development and self-improvement to heart. We offer a basic technical course that will allow you to learn the basics of bouldering.
In this course you will learn the specific warm-ups for bouldering, the terminology of the sport, the climbing movements and the analysis and understanding of circuits.
- Level V0 to V3.
- Group of 2 to 4 people.

Intermediate technical course
In the intermediate course, we will allow you to develop your physical condition, deepen your knowledge of bouldering and learn new climbing techniques.
- Level V4 to V6
- Group of 2 to 4 people.
