TRAINING TEAM, JUNIOR-DISCOVERY

This group is for young people aged 8 and older who are beginners in climbing or who wish to be introduced to the sport and want to do so in a structured and safe manner.

Schedule

- Saturday morning. Group 1: 9am to 10:45am. Group 2: 11am to 12:45pm.

- From September 5th, 2026, to May 29th, 2027. Holiday break from December 21st, 2026, to January 3rd, 2027.

- 37 training sessions.

ÉQUIPE D'ENTRAÎNEMENT JUNIOR 8 -11 ans

Limited places

This group is aimed at young people aged 8 to 11 who have already practiced bouldering and would like to progress in the sport.

Schedule

- Tuesday (RB Brossard) and Friday (RB Longueuil), 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM

- From September 1dt, 2026, to May 28th, 2027. Holiday break from December 21st, 2026, to January 3rd, 2027.

This group is aimed at young athletes aged 12 to 14 who would like to develop their skills through a personalized training plan that emphasizes bouldering techniques and physical conditioning, and teaches them the basics of competitive climbing.

Schedule

- 2 training sessions per week. Tuesday (RB Longueuil) et Thursday (RB Brossard). 6:00pm to 8:30pm

- From September 1st, 2026, to May 28th, 2027. Holiday break from December 21st, 2026, to January 3rd, 2027.

- 74 training sessions.
