OSCAR BAUDRAND - PRO TEAM
Here at Rose Bloc, we’re proud to welcome Canadian national team athlete Oscar Baudrand to the family. Raised on rock from an early age and now based in Montréal, Oscar has been a fixture on Team Canada and the IFSC circuit, with formative results that include Youth Worlds finals—5th in Bouldering and 4th in Lead in 2019—before stepping into the senior ranks.
Oscar’s recent momentum speaks for itself: 10th at the 2024 IFSC Boulder World Cup in Salt Lake City, appearances at both Olympic Qualifier Series stops (Shanghai and Budapest), and a 5th-place finish at the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games in Boulder & Lead. He closed the 2024 season inside the world top-30 in bouldering, and in 2025 was named to Canada’s team for the IFSC World Championships in Seoul.
With Oscar joining Rose Bloc, our community gains a driven competitor and thoughtful mentor who elevates the scene on and off the mats. Expect sharp route-reading, relentless work ethic, and a collaborative approach to training and events—qualities that align perfectly with our mission to push Québec climbing forward while keeping it welcoming, creative, and fun.
