Olivier Dorion-Thériault

With 9 years of climbing and 7 years of coaching, he has established himself as a leading figure in athlete development and competitive climbing performance. He currently serves as head coach at Rose Bloc, head coach of the Équipe Espoir Québec (EEQ), and head coach of both Équipe Québec and the national youth bouldering team.

A graduate of the Institut national du sport's advanced coaching program, he brings a methodical rigor shaped by years of competition coaching at the provincial, national and international levels.

His approach is built on sharp movement analysis, rigorous physical assessment and precise identification of key performance drivers. He combines technical expertise with individualized guidance to help every athlete, from the ambitious climber to the competitive elite, reach their full potential.

Coaching available in French, English and Spanish.
